Summary: Love, love, love this cute cabin. The shower is awesome, the bed is super comfortable. The kitchen was fully equipped. The lake and beach was awesome. I can't wait to go again.

Summary: Sweet little cabin in Modoc right on the water with an amazing sunset view. Perfect for a couple. It had everything we needed. My husband and I brought our boat and had an enjoyable week on the water. Mark was very helpful and responsive. We would love to stay here again.

Summary: Good response time on checking in. Appreciate that for sure. Overall - nice but room for improvement. Things that someone else might never notice. Extra towels for long hair ladies. Sharp knives to cut food when cooking. Better discussion of hidden location of rental. I host for another short term rental company and know that it's not an easy task.
